Drew Carlyle, Owner / Property Manager
Drew's professional background combines experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development with a keen natural talent for serving our clients' best interests. Drew is now using his over 20 years of real estate experience to implement a marketing strategy that has proven successful in marketing clients' homes. His extensive internet knowledge has positioned him to take full advantage of web based marketing on behalf of his clients. With his technological background, he ensures our team is up to date with the latest tools to quickly respond to clients.
Drew owned and managed a renovation company for over 5 years and knows firsthand the cost of repairs and materials making sure his clients are never overcharged.

Mike Esslinger, Property Manager
I bring a unique understanding of the housing market from my 23 years in real estate as a Sales Broker for 10 years and 13 in Property Management.
I've always enjoyed the customer service end of the real estate industry and meeting many different types of people from all over the country and world.
My #1 goal is to make every new client, whether tenant, investor, or agent satisfied with their choice in utilizing my services.
Property management is a highly specialized, multi-faceted sector of the real estate profession. The primary function of a property manager is to achieve the objectives of the property owner while preserving and increasing the value of the investment property and maximizing its income. My commitment is to generate the greatest possible net income for the owner.
Two keys to achieving this goal are our excellent maintenance program and the ability to screen and obtain quality tenants. I serve two customers, our property owners and their tenants. I strive to achieve the property owners goals while providing quality housing for the residents leasing their properties, with emphasis on excellent personal service.
A few personal things about myself: I'm originally from Brandon FL where I graduated from Brandon High School. After graduation I attended Georgia Southern University outside of Savannah GA. After a few years living in Georgia's Low country, I relocated to Atlanta GA to attend Georgia State University (Real Estate/Urban Planning). I quickly found the city to be a great place to live and began my Real Estate career wtih Coldwell Banker - The condo store. After 10 years of selling new development communities, I returned to the Tampa/St Petersburg area to enjoy the warm climate and beaches. On my off time, I enjoy the beach, biking and spending time with my dogs. My Great Dane Gus and Mastiff George.

Adam Benmbark, Property Manager
Adam moved to Florida from New Jersey in 2005, has settled in sunny St. Petersburg. After decades of helping his parents acquire and manage rentals and investment properties, Adam has been applying his knowledge and experience to bring something special to the Keller Williams Team.
Straight out of high school, Adam attended Rowan University in New Jersey, majoring in Business Administration, and began a career in the mortgage industry. At just 22 years old, he decided mortgages weren't enough and set his mind on living out his dreams. He moved to the US Virgin Islands and fell in love with the tropics and ocean. He became a scuba diver, fisherman, spearfisherman, and general watersports enthusiast, making a living "on the water". He then found himself in Key West, where he became a father, and for the next 12 years he pushed hard enough to live out his aquatic dreams by working as a 100-ton Master USCG licensed Captain, running parasail boats, sportfishing charter boats, eco-tours, and a dive live-aboard boat spearfishing the distant Dry Tortugas. These experiences, as well as meeting people from all over the world on a daily basis, provide him with a unique perspective and analysis of the rapidly changing markets in the Tampa Bay area.
Adam got into real estate to make a difference in people's lives by assisting them in realizing their dreams of home ownership and building generational wealth through real estate. He looks forward to every day that brings new people and challenges and can't wait to be a part of your team.
